    Summary:

    Located in Cedar City, Utah—AKA Festival City USA and the gateway to The Mighty 5 national parks—our home of precision manufacturing for more than 30 years. We are a privately owned precision manufacturer of parts, components, and assemblies for the aerospace market. Our manufacturing facilities feature cutting-edge technology that enables our team to meet and exceed the needs of our aerospace customers. We use the latest processes at every stage of production.     We manufacture complex aerospace parts for the biggest names in aerospace and defense. From high-tech military jets to the most sophisticated aircraft in the commercial and private sectors, if it flies, chances are we have a part in it. Our diverse capabilities — including sheet metal fabrication, machining, chemical and paint finishing, and structural assembly — make us a convenient single-source supplier for our customers.

    CNC Mill Machinists efficiently operate multiple 3-Axis or 5-Axis CNC machines and lathes to produce quality machined parts that conform to customer specifications.

    This position is for 2nd Shift which is Monday - Thursday, 3:15pm - 1:45am.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED, or Technical School
    • Must have previous CNC Mill experience
    • Mechanically Inclined
    • Capable of using all measuring tools common to the trade, including calipers, micrometers, radius gauges, height gauges, mylars, etc.
    • Working knowledge of drawings, tolerances and common terminology
    • Thorough and comprehensive understanding of proper safety precautions when operating common shop equipment such as drills, grinders, common hand tools, etc.
    • Working knowledge of traveler (router, bill of materials, etc.)
    • Mastery of basic math
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills Understand and obey safety requirements
    • Commitment to keep work area clean, organized, and free of debris
    • Working knowledge of Employee Handbook
