    Are you passionate about food and ensuring customers have a memorable dining experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity at our bustling restaurant for the position of line cook. We are seeking a skilled cook with proficiency in various cooking methods, such as poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, frying, and baking, to guarantee all orders are prepared to our standards and exceed guests' expectations.

    The ideal candidate possesses exceptional time management skills and a collaborative approach to support fellow kitchen staff and maintain operational efficiency. If you are eager to elevate your culinary career, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

    Compensation:

    $16 per hour

    Responsibilities:
    • Follow storage and waste control guidelines for meat, vegetables, fruits, and dairy to uphold food quality
    • Interact professionally with visitors, vendors, and colleagues
    • Organize food stations with necessary ingredients
    • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and refrigeration units as per health standards
    • Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
    Qualifications:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Previous experience in the food service sector preferred
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
    • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, safety protocols, equipment use, and food storage
