- Oversee the fall recruitment program
- Collaborate with leadership on long and short term strategies for attorney engagement and retention initiatives
- Review applications and coordinate interviews for lateral attorneys
- Prepare the budget for the summer associate program and assists with the department's budget as a whole
- Manage, mentor, and coach the legal recruiting team
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience in a law firm or other professional services firm strongly preferred
- Budget management experience
- Ability to manage, mentor, and train a team
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and Workday or other ATS
