    Texas Parks and Wildlife Department requires the services of 1 Software Developer 2 , hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Software Developer 2, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department .


    All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law.

    Texas Parks and Wildlife Department will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).

    hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualifications of a

    Software Developer 2 Level and Core Technology Type

    and the specifications outlined in this document for

    Texas Parks and Wildlife Department

    The worker will be responsible for developing, integrating, and testing of rest applications using Java Spring and Core, Hibernate and Microservices as well as web applications in ReactJS and frameworks.

    The functionalities could be running in a serverless state or on web servers hosted in a cloud environment. They may also assist in maintaining and supporting existing applications using Java technologies.


    Under the guidance of technical architects, this worker may serve as technical lead in one or more areas and help integrating and verifying code that is built by internal and external teams.

    This person should have good communication and inter-personal skills and may assist in researching, architecting, designing, prototyping, trouble shooting, mentoring, directing, load testing, code quality checking, application security conformation and other technical areas.
