    SWAN Legal Services Initiative - Coordinator

    The SWAN LSI Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the SWAN LSI Program and assigned LSI Counties. This includes supervision, mentoring, coaching, and managing of LSI Paralegals (LSIP). This position acts as a liaison between the County, LSI Management, and the SWAN prime contract. The SWAN LSI Coordinator works collaboratively with Voce staff, SWAN Prime Contract staff, Technical Assistance (TA) Collaborative partners and county partners. The SWAN LSI Coordinator is required to demonstrate critical thinking skills and make informed decisions in accordance with protocols, policies, and procedures.

    Schedule: Full Time, Exempt position works a minimum of 8 hours between 8 AM – 5 PM. This includes a 30-minute paid lunch.

    What You Will Contribute

    • Conduct intentional, interactive supervision, mentoring and coaching in person and substantive conversations weekly, to support ongoing employee development and the LSI program.
    • Identifies and recommends ongoing LSIP training and transfer of learning in collaboration with the Division Manager and Legal Training Specialist.
    • Coordinates and monitors the Training Plan for LSIPs.
    • Monitors and reviews LSI Paralegal entries into the SWAN portal and the SWAN monthly portal reports for each LSIP to ensure accuracy of data and efficacy of program outcomes.
    • Coordinates and conducts site visits with County Liaisons to enhance relationships and support LSI Program.
    • Attends Voce and SWAN meetings as required.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    What It Will Take To Succeed

    • A Bachelor's degree is preferred or Associate's degree or paralegal certification with a minimum of three years' experience.
    • Experience in Child Welfare or the legal field is required.
    • Required to make a minimum of two site visits per county agency monthly. May be required to visit assigned county agencies more frequently if recommended by the LSI DM.
    • This position requires travel to and from the Voce home office and throughout the state as needed.
    • A valid driver's license.
