What you'll doRepresent Cytiva as a dedicated Quality contact for specific customer accounts.Develop positive relationships with customer QA contacts.
Co-ordinate the required Cytiva associates to support customers quality reviews.
Liaise with Manufacturing Operations, Product Management, Product Care and Quality teams concerning information required to support customer feedback.
Accountable for leading Quality Agreement negotiations with customers.
Ensure urgent customer quality feedback requests are managed timely & escalated as needed to relevant stakeholders.
Who you areBachelor's degree qualified or a proven background and experience within quality assurance.
A proven background working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral).Demonstrated understanding or aptitude to understand QMS requirements related to ISO9001, ISO13485 and pharma GMP requirements.
Demonstrated expertise to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization around concepts of design controls, design verification and validation activities; production & process controls; Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA), complaints & risk management; & product quality improvement.
Would be a plus if you have experience in:Strong technical aptitude i.e.
