- Use your active listening skills to understand guest preferences and confidently suggest meal and gift items to both first-time visitors and loyal regulars.
- Move swiftly to serve guests, learn from every experience, and proactively support your fellow team members across departments.
- A proactive and positive approach to customer service, with the ability to engage guests and enhance their dining experience.
- The capacity to work efficiently under pressure, quickly adapting to the ebb and flow of customer traffic.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within our dynamic team.
- 1+ years of customer service or serving experience is preferred, but not required.
- A commitment to adhering to local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility in scheduling, with availability to work shifts that may start as early as 7 am and end as late as 10 pm, Monday through Saturday.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to qualify for this position.
- A balanced work-life schedule with all locations closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
