    Description

    Position pays between 55-65K depending on experience. US Citizenship is required to apply. This is a remote-telework role.

    The Project Setup Administrator is responsible setting up Projects in Costpoint. Collects and maintains program control documents and files into the EPA SharePoint site.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Project setup and data processing in the Projects Module in Deltek's Costpoint
    • Files and maintains project setup forms in the EPA SharePoint site
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Minimum Knowledge & Skills

    • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint
    • Robust skills in project setup and data processing preferably using Deltek's Costpoint
    • Exceptional analytical and logical ability
    • Innovative, strategic, and critical in their approach
    • Practical knowledge of industry regulations and rules
    • Strong documentation capabilities
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong communications skills
    • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects/requests simultaneously
    • Understanding of general business principles and practices, and experience working in a corporate setting

    Minimum Experience & Education

    • High School Diploma required
    • Three (3) years of administrative/project setup/ data processing experience, preferably in Deltek's Costpoint system
    • US Citizenship is required
    • This position is 100% remote-telework
    • Travel is not required for this role
