- Partner with appropriate sales representatives in conducting 2-4 number of work withs per month.
- Conduct 2-4 number samplings/ activations/ happy hours of Pabst products per month.
- Further the relationship of Pabst and Chesapeake with retail on and off premise partners.
- Provide Pabst with detailed reporting, upon request, of the activities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that effectively position the brand in the market and drive consumer engagement
- Manage brand marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and development
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to track progress towards brand goals and make data-driven decisions for future strategies
- Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support brand initiatives and maximize brand exposure
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creativity and innovative thinking to drive brand differentiation and growth

As a Brand Manager for the Pabst brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy to drive consumer engagement and growth.
