    The Field Service Engineer for Cytiva is responsible to understand the value that service brings to our customers, and to partner with sales driving revenue growth by identifying and submitting qualified leads, while maintaining relationships and representing Cytiva while at customer sites.

    The FSE will perform work on customer instruments while following all EHS & Quality procedures.

    This position may require travel (flying and/or driving) up to 50% of the time and individual must possess valid US driver's license.

    This position is part of the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions organization and will be field based with travel. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    Perform installation, qualification, routine maintenance, and repairs of instruments at customer sites Responsible for administrative tasks of scheduling service, completing documentation, and maintaining inventoryEngage as part of a wider customer facing team including but not limited to Customer Care, Service Sales, and Account ManagersThe essential requirements of the job include:Background in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or any related STEM experience.

    This can come from a Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, military experience, or an equivalent technical education or professional experienceAbility to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50lbs.

    Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; squat and kneel, ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and armsWorking knowledge of calibrated tools, hand tools, and power toolsIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    Working experience in an environment that follows GxP guidelinesStrong IT skills relating to Networking and AutomationWorking knowledge of electronics and electricityAt Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.

    The salary range for this role is $63,000 to $73,000.

    This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

    We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
    We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
