    Who You Are:


    As Nutrabolt's Vice President of Marketing Data & Analytics, you will play an important part in driving our future growth by leading our consumer insights team and building a best-in-class marketing analytics function that drives/measures/optimizes growth across a portfolio of investment.

    You are someone who has a strong background in leveraging insights and data to shape strategy, a deep understanding of how to develop the tools/systems/processes needed to make analytics accessible and understandable and the ability to work cross functionally to ensure there is one version of the truth, and a proven track record of success in building highly effective and efficient teams.

    This role is eligible to participate in our Management Bonus Plan.


    What You're Good At:


    Building and driving the strategic vision and execution of consumer insights and marketing analytics across the entire organizationBringing together multiple disciplines (consumer insights, marketing analytics, brand measurement, digital analytics) to create one team, one learning agenda and one version of the truthProviding strategic leadership in the development and execution of marketing analytics capabilities to measure and driving optimization of Nutrabolt's marketing investmentBuilding a marketing performance and measurement ecosystem that spans across consumer understanding and lifecycle insights, to diagnostics, to leading indicators, to business impacts - including a holistic measurement framework of marketing efforts across a portfolio of channels, paid and unpaidLeading / influencing the goal setting and OKR process in marketing by empowering data-informed decisionsManaging and inspiring a high-performing team of capability builders, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and professional developmentCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing analytics capabilities with broader business objectives, fostering collaboration and effective decision-makingTraining, educating and driving best practices in the consistent application of marketing analytics across the organizationEstablishing and deploying processes to monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investmentsStaying at the forefront of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in marketing analytics, data science and digital marketing - providing thought leadership and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
