    Home Matters Caregiving North Scottsdale -

    WHO WE ARE:

    Home Matters Caregiving is a best-in-class, in-home care agency led by a team experienced in building and growing successful businesses with a team-oriented culture. We are operating in the North Scottsdale area, and will expand, grow partnerships, and provide our service to seniors throughout Phoenix.

    Senior care is a high growth industry, and Home Matters Caregiving is focused on being at the forefront of that growth by prioritizing our team members and clients.

    Duties:


    • Work independently in client homes within the scope of nursing practice


    • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with our team


    • Accurate documentation of all nursing care activities


    • Work with agency RN to oversee and manage clients


    • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for caregivers, including orientation, ongoing education, and skills enhancement.

    Requirements:


    • Current LPN license


    • CPR certification


    • Must be at least 18 years of age


    • 1 year experience in senior care


    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally


    • Ability to cultivate positive relationships with team members, medical professionals, and others working with families and clients


    • All employment is contingent upon a completed background check.

    Pay: $ $31.00 per hour
