- 12:00AM - 8:00AM including one weekend per month.
- Perform a danger assessment, a crisis assessment, an environmental assessment upon entry to the community situation and lethality assessment.
- Perform an on-scene assessment and treatment plan
- Effectively perform crisis intervention including de-escalation, crisis planning and implementation
- Be able to address population of child, adolescent, adult, dual-diagnosis, co-occurring and elderly
- Work with families and involved persons to de-escalate the situation, make a crisis plan, and enlist cooperation with recommended treatment
- Provide accurate clinical information to family and involved persons related to recommendations and possibilities for treatment
- Work in a professional and collaborative way with police, fire and other community agencies when asked to do so
- Provide consultation and coordination to ER staff, if ER evaluation is necessary
- LCSW-C/LMSW Licensure in the State of Maryland preferred.
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of crisis intervention study
- Minimum of 3-5 years of job-related, behavioral health industry experience
- Highest ethical and professional standards of conduct
- Excellent client/patient service skills with the ability and desire to comply with the rules and regulations of those organizations to which we are accountable
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and no more than 2 points
- Salary Range: $24-$31 per hour depending on licensure and experience

The Affiliated Santé Group is a dynamic and leading provider of crisis psychiatric care and system management services to public and private entities. Santé, a nonprofit entity, also manages mental health outreach and psychiatric recovery services.
We are seeking a Full-time, licensed Social Worker/Mobile Crisis Specialist (in office) to respond to behavioral health crisis needs in Salisbury, Maryland. This position is 40 hours a week including every other Saturday or Sunday.
