    What We Offer:
Competitive salary ranging from 82,000-109,000 annually with flexible billable hour thresholds
Potential to earn bonuses of an additional $1,000 per month for choosing to work additional billable hours
Clearly outlined career path with career advancement opportunities
Company sponsored health, dental and vision benefits for full time employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week and free short-term and long-term disability
Paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays)

Reimbursement for session-related materials and equipment
Flexible schedules both full time and part time
    Referral bonus program
Paid time to participate in our Community Impact Program to improve access to ABA services and to support our communities

At Journey, training and development is not just something we do, it's embedded in our culture and values.

We believe that excellent ABA services can only be offered by a team who receives ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

We offer a variety of (paid) training opportunities for our team led by our VP of Clinical Services including Journal Club and our CLASS (Clinical Leadership Assessment and Supervision Skills) Program that focuses on evidence-based approaches to common clinical questions and concerns.

Our VP of Clinical Services also provides additional supervision and peer-review to our team of BCBAs.

These opportunities give our team a chance to connect with one another, stay current on research in our field, and support one another as we learn and grow together as professionals.
