- Conduct interactive and impactful training sessions for diverse groups of employees, including new hires, cross-functional teams, and leadership team members. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and training methods to ensure maximum learning retention and application in the workplace.
- Execute & deliver high-quality training materials, resources, and job aids to support the learning journey of employees. These materials should be engaging, interactive, and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Execute various evaluation methods, such as quizzes, assessments, and feedback surveys, to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Utilize SGU (Southern Glazer s University) and ensure the accurate tracking and documentation of employee training progress, completion rates, and certifications.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends in employee training, and learning technologies to enhance training programs and methodologies.
- Collaborate with HR, program managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, integrate learning initiatives into talent development programs, and support career development plans for employees.
- Execute pre-work and post session follow-ups to help embed the learning.
- Coordinate training, which includes scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, and communication with participants.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.

- Identify key contacts within different business units to establish and foster relationships.
- Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide their choices.
- Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Facilitator, Training Specialist, or similar role with a focus on employee training and development.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to deliver compelling training sessions.
- Possesses advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, software applications, HR technology, and learning management systems (LMS) capabilities/functionalities.
- Ability to build, cultivate, and maintain effective working relationships in a highly matrixed organization with a variety of situations, individuals, and groups; builds trust and buy-in with internal and external stakeholders and can bring others together to reconcile differences and reach mutually agreed-upon solutions to implement change.
- Demonstrates creative thinking skills in the form of new and original ideas and alternative ways of thinking; possesses an innovative mindset to continuously improve programs and processes.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking skills; formulates and implements a long-term vision which aligns talent development programs and processes to organizational goals, objectives, vision, and strategy.

- Demonstrates excellent communication skills; effectively cascades information to all relevant stakeholders and business functions within the appropriate time frame and setting.
- Demonstrates integrity by being honest and consistently adhering to the moral and ethical standards set by Southern Glazer's values, policies, and procedures; maintains discretion when working with sensitive/confidential subject matter such as employee data.
