- Reports to Executive Housekeeper
- Supports hotel in maintenance and cleaning projects
- Assists in special projects and additional duties as assigned
- Supervise and inspect daily cleaning operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and health standards
- Monitor and report expenses to control costs
- Address guest requests promptly
- Collaborate with maintenance for issue resolution
- Implement emergency procedures for safety
- Train housekeeping staff
- Assist with scheduling and special projects
- Prior Experience: Minimum 5 years in hotel management
- Supervisory experience required
- IT Expertise: Proficiency in computer software
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web analytics tools
- Education: Some college education and related experience
- Subject Expertise: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Abide by company policies and safety procedures
- Travel occasionally for hotel projects
- Work primarily during business hours
