- Answer incoming calls and transferring the call to the right department
- Sometimes taking messages for Staff members who are unable to take the phone call-AND FOLLOWING UP TO MAKE SURE THAT CUSTOMER IS CALLED BACK
- Greet walk-in customers
- Guide customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and sometimes introduce the customer to a Sales Rep
- Taking occasional overflow phone calls for our Service Department and schedule appointments
- File inspection certificates in the used car folders
- Keep ingoing and outgoing mail organized on your desk
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient and organized person would be ideal
- Polite and friendly presentation
- Punctual nature and reliable work ethic
- A professional appearance
- Reception or Scheduling experience would be happily accepted, but we are willing to train the right person

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Receptionist to represent our growing dealership The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering incoming phone calls, greeting customers as they walk through the doors, and some minor paperwork filing/office work. At this time, we are looking to hire one Full Time Employee for this position as well as one Part Time Employee. Both full time and part time positions need to be filled at the time of this job posting.
