    You will find our innovative materials in everything from smart phones to space shuttles Come find out why we have so many long tenured staff (many with over 30 years of service) The Lead Engineer, Cellular RF Systems is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of cellular radio frequency (RF) systems.

    Lead a team of engineers to ensure that RF systems are designed and optimized for optimal performance.

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to ensure that RF systems are integrated and evaluated properly.

    Develop and maintain documentation for RF systems and provide training to other engineers and stakeholders, as necessary.
    Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineeringor a related field.
    Strong understanding of cellular network architecture and protocols.
    Experience with RF simulation tools and software.
    Familiarity with test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers.
