    Job Title: Licensed Clinician
    Program: Youth Service (NJ4S)
    Location: Monmouth County
    Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $500 at 6 months
    Job Summary: Provides screening, brief interventions, treatment referrals, school consultation, and necessary community support referrals to students identified by their school as in need of services
    Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
    • Provides clinical services in person and virtually to students at schools within the HUB area
    • Offers trauma-informed screening, brief interventions, treatment referrals, school consultation, and community support referrals as required
    • Provides guidance to school staff and parents on various topics including suicide, eating disorders, and school refusal
    • Completes all paperwork and data entry promptly
    • Assists with prevention programs as necessary
    Qualifications:
    • Education: MSW, MA, MS, PhD
    • Licensure: LCSW / LPC
    • Experience: Three years of relevant experience in therapy for children
    • Other: Valid NJDL, clean driving record, and vehicle availability mandated by DCF. Fingerprinting as per DCF regulations.
    Competencies:
    • Proficient in computers, Excel, Word, and professional electronic record-keeping systems
    • Effective communication skills using a trauma-informed approach
    • Outstanding customer service abilities
    • Adherence to organizational policies and procedures
    • Familiarity with organizational policies
