Job Title: Customer Services and Sales Representative

Position Overview:

As a Customer Services and Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business operations, engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth. This role offers exciting travel opportunities within the United States, allowing you to build relationships with clients and explore new markets firsthand.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions and build long-term relationships.

Sales Generation: Proactively identify sales opportunities and effectively promote our products and services to prospective customers. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits. Educate customers on product specifications and functionalities to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Gather market intelligence and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Travel Opportunities: Travel to various locations within the United States to attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings. Represent the company professionally and network with potential customers to expand our market presence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Flexibility to travel within the United States as needed and other countries.
