Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our dynamic team. The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and support of our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of NetSuite functionality to ensure the system meets the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

System Configuration and Customization:

• Configure and customize NetSuite to align with the organization's business processes and requirements.
• Implement and maintain custom fields, forms, records, workflows, and other configurations as needed.
• Develop new customization with SuiteScript 2.0

User Support and Training:

• Provide ongoing support to NetSuite users, addressing inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.

Integration and Data Management:

• Collaborate with IT and other teams to manage integrations between NetSuite and other systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite through regular audits and data cleanup activities.
• Manage and design NetSuite integrations with Celigo, Mulesoft and other integration tools.

System Monitoring and Performance Optimization:

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Work with technical teams to implement performance improvements and optimizations.

Upgrades and Enhancements:

• Plan and execute NetSuite system upgrades, staying current with the latest features and enhancements.
• Evaluate and implement new NetSuite modules or features to enhance system capabilities.

Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and customizations.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive business data and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct regular security audits, and apply patches and updates as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in the following NetSuite Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Reporting.
• 5+ years experience with NetSuite configuration, scripting and integrating with other systems.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, custom records, custom fields, custom forms and advanced PDFs.
• Experience with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 preferred (not required).
• Expertise in integrating NetSuite with other systems and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• NetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation and SuiteAdministrator Certification is a plus.
