    Supply Chain Associate IIJoin Niagara's Jump Start Rotational Program designed to provide training in three core functions of Supply Chain: Customer Service, Logistics Operations and Transportation. This is a full time, rotational program in which Team Members learn to provide first line support in the three functions. At the end of the Program, the Team Member could join one of the three functions based on the Team Member's skill set, business needs and the Team Member's preference.

    Essential Functions

    • Daily communication/coordination with plants/and key stakeholders such as Customers, 3PLs, Carriers etc. related to the flow of shipments in/out of facilities including issue resolution and solutions
    • Trouble shooting system issues impacting orders that need to ship
    • General exception management and issue resolution
    • Escalation to leadership team when appropriate
    • Identifies and innovates new key metrics to better understand and evaluate customer performance and business processes
    • Works to solve complex, multifaceted issues where analysis requires in depth evaluation and solutions
    • Resolves internal process conflict by identifying root causes and developing streamlined processes
    • Utilizes the resources available to develop their analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills and further their Niagara knowledge
    • Responsible for interdepartmental cross training and understanding the supply chain process

    Typical Compensation Range

    Pay Rate Type: Hourly$ $29.44 / Hourly
