Job Description:

Eurofins BPT-Columbia is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their team in Columbia, Missouri. In this role, you will deliver end-user support in a laboratory setting, offering assistance with various software and computer hardware. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuring applications, and software for internal customers, as well as contributing to the design, delivery, and enhancement of software applications. Additionally, resolving computer issues within the laboratory.

Responsibilities:

Offer technical expertise for implementing and maintaining business and laboratory software, including applications compliant with 21 CFR Part 11.
Participate in relevant training sessions to stay updated on assigned applications.
Collaborate with providers and consultants to support current applications effectively.
Provide training to staff on laboratory application usage.
Assist in installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining application software and data collection tools.
Contribute to setting up and configuring laboratory computers.
Maintain positive relationships with various teams related to assigned applications.
Review, test, and administer the configuration of application products.
Contribute to user requirements, configuration, and implementation of applications within 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
Assist in defining data requirements for laboratory operations compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should have:

Familiarity with validation procedures in CGMP and/or GLP.
Comprehensive understanding of regulations concerning 21 CFR Part 11.
General knowledge of laboratory applications and instrumentation.
Preferably, prior experience in laboratory operations and computer science activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus two years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience without a degree.
Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions or sponsorship.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional overtime. The role requires on-site presence. Candidates residing near Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply.
