We are currently seeking a dedicated Fleet Manager to oversee our expanding fleet operations across multiple states. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness within our fleet management department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of vehicle maintenance and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's fleet specifications and support of fleet vehicles, ensuring safety, dependability, and presentation.
• Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to enhance vehicle utilization, fuel management, and driver safety.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations related to fleet operations at federal, state, and local levels.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, enhance productivity, and improve efficiency in fleet performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address transportation needs and propose effective solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for vehicle ordering, maintenance, and repair services.
• Maintain accurate fleet management records, including inventory, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.
• Utilize fleet telematics for safety and maintenance monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of Fleet Management experience managing at least 100 vehicles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of compliance and safety regulations.
• Proven track record of reducing costs and increasing productivity in fleet operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
• Willingness to travel to various company locations and partner sites.
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Bonus: Fleetmaster and Hino specific experience.
