- Ensure appealing plate presentation and use attractive garnishes.
- Serve meals with appropriate condiments.
- Service Coordination:
- Work on the service line during meal times.
- Monitor portions to reduce waste and meet residents' preferences.
- Sanitation and Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas following sanitation guidelines.
- Keep coolers, freezers, and storage rooms clean.
- Adhere to FIFO guidelines for food storage.
- Attendance and Participation:
- Attend all required meetings, in-services, and trainings.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish positive relationships with residents, coworkers, and team members.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
