    THE ROLE:

    We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced PM Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Park Hyatt Chicago. The PM Housekeeping Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall quality of our guest rooms and public areas during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

    RESPONSIBILITIES ( Include but not limited to ):
    • Supervise and coordinate the evening shift housekeeping team to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
    • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
    • Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards.
    • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
    • Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
    • Uphold all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security regulations.
