    Responsibilities
    • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources and priorities
    • Thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes
    • Strategically solve problems, manage complex deals, and drive scalable solutions
    • Recruit and develop top talent to achieve sales targets
    • Implement MEDDPICC sales methodology and lead a certified sales team
    • Focus on selling to the public sector and understanding the associated processes
    Qualifications
    • 2-5+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record
    • Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and driving team performance
    • Proficiency in tracking outbound metrics and KPIs
    • Channel expertise preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to cultivate internal and external relationships
    • Experience managing the full sales cycle, including closing large deals
    • Public Sector sales background is a plus

    Pay Disclosure

    Verkada offers competitive compensation packages based on individual contributions, market trends, and internal assessments. In addition to a base salary, employees may be eligible for sales incentives, bonuses, and equity options.

    Estimated Annual Pay Range

    $160,000-$260,000 USD
