Wagestream has ambitious growth objectives in the US and seeks the right individual to spearhead the US Delivery team's expansion, aiming to bring Wagestream's financial wellbeing platform to a broader customer base in the United States.

As the US Head of Delivery, you will lead a team of Delivery Managers, overseeing the successful execution of all projects - including customer launches and in-life customer optimization work, ensuring they consistently meet business objectives and customer needs.

We are seeking someone who demonstrates strong leadership, readiness to actively engage, willingness to take on a player-manager role as the team grows, and a relentless pursuit of service excellence.

You will collaborate closely with the US VP of Commercial to ensure the team is appropriately resourced and focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the expanding roster of signed customers.

You will work in tandem with the US Head of Client Success to ensure customers transition smoothly from Hypercare to ongoing account management. Additionally, you will benefit from regular exchanges with counterparts in the UK, exchanging best practices, insights, and knowledge to enhance the US Delivery pipeline further.

What will you be doing?Aside from managing the pipeline and expanding the team for success, you will also serve as the primary contact point for our partners during implementation.

This aspect of the role is vital in strengthening relationships with existing partners, enabling us to enhance the onboarding experience for partner clients and establish new partnerships on frameworks that facilitate seamless client transitions to the platform.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in project managementLeadership experience, preferably with a track record of scaling teams successfullyDemonstrated ability in managing large-scale and intricate projects and delivering successful resultsProficient in collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, showcasing a deep grasp of technical aspects of an implementation and the ability to communicate this effectivelyExperience in the payroll or finance industry is advantageous but not mandatoryAbility to thrive in high-pressure environments and a fast-paced settingDemonstrated agility in adapting to changing business prioritiesCan-be-learnts:

Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects related to Wagestream - the product, our partners, current procedures, and integrationsA solid grasp of the common challenges we encounter and the most effective strategies for managing our pipeline.

Established strong relationships across all levels at our key partners, particularly those involved in Implementation and onboardingDeveloped a mastery of all subtleties and technical facets of the product, enabling you to speak authoritatively on various aspects from balance calculations to enrollment processesChallenged the existing norms - we value fresh perspectives and new ideas. By three months, you will be well-placed to offer advice and begin implementing initiatives that drive us forward in DeliveryWithin 6 months, you will have:Successfully launched your initial customer.
