    The Position:
    Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes within a manufacturing or production environment.

    Responsibilities:
    Analyze data, troubleshooting issues, improving efficiency, ensuring safety standards, and collaborating with various teams to achieve production goals.
    Drive innovation by developing new methodologies and leveraging the latest technologies. Reduce defects and rework, leading to higher customer satisfaction and lower warranty costs. Ensure processes comply with industry regulations and safety standards. Other duties as assigned.


    Requirements:


    BS in Mechanical Engineering from a four-year college or university and three years related experience and/or training; will consider comparable work experience in lieu of degree.

    Proficient in engineering principles, process design, and relevant software tools.
    Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
    Skill in collecting and interpreting data to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
    Experience in managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting deadlines.
    Effective communication skills to convey technical information, collaborate with colleagues, and present findings to stakeholders.
    Commitment to driving process improvements, reducing waste, and enhancing efficiency.
    Prioritization of safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.


    PAY RANGE:
    $60,000-$74,250

    Liberty Steel & Wire is based in Peoria, IL.
