- Sort the different metals according to their characteristics.
- Prepare the material to meet the quality criteria (e.g., aluminum cutting)
- Work with different types of machinery, (Forklift)
- Ensure that the premises always remain clean.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of customer vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Attract the right type of metal to the metals brought by the customer.
- Participate in shipping tasks.
- Assist with torch cutting as needed.
- Perform all other related duties.
- ON-SITE TRAINING
- Minimum 1 year experience as a laborer.
- Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
- Knowledge of metals (an asset).
- Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (mask, plugs, helmets, gloves, etc.)
- Health and Safety Awareness;
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Resourcefulness;
- Must be meticulous and enjoy repetitive work.
- Punctuality and diligence;
- Ability to work in a team.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Full time, permanent position.
- Work inside and outside.
