Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pinellas. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and a supportive team of professionals. Currently seeking a motivated BCBA to work with individuals in home and in school environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.

Provide supervision and training to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Take advantage of opportunities for consults and in-school services, leveraging our strong relationships with local educational institutions.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges.

Strong clinical skills, including assessment, intervention, and data analysis.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
