    WillowWood Global LLC of Mesa, Arizona is is looking to hire a full-time Production Associate to work in a manufacturing environment that produces prosthetic feet and components used by amputees around the world. This is a first-shift position, Monday - Friday with overtime as needed. Starting wage: 18/hour

    Summary:

    This position is responsible for understanding and following all work instructions to provide production and quality control measures for prosthetic components. This associate is responsible for operating equipment for the manufacturing of prosthetic feet and accessories. Candidate must be punctual and report to work on a regular basis. This is a first shift position Monday through Friday with Saturday overtime when required to meet customer expectations. Other duties may be assigned as needed.


    Essential Responsibilities:

    The essential responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

    • Comprehend and follows all work instructions related to safety, manufacturing, & quality.
    • Safely operates various types of manufacturing equipment including metered mix equipment, hydraulic presses, standard cutting, grinding, machining and assembly equipment to produce prosthetic components within established product and quality specifications.
    • Ability to learn and understand reasoning behind structural design of fiber reenforced composite materials.
    • Follow instructions to store and handle materials as required by manufacturer to preserve shelf life and product quality.
    • Inspects produced parts for quality.
    • Manages daily focus based off priorities of daily work orders as assigned.
    • Meet daily production goals to meet quality and on time delivery of product.
    • Record manufacturing and product data in custom computer applications and or paper trackers.
    • Other duties as assigned by supervision and required within the facility.

    Essential Skills Required:

    The skills needed for this position are but not necessarily limited to the following:

    • Experience using a computer for general data input into specific fields required for quality tracking.
    • Ability to use PC for email and general web-based applications.
    • Attention to detail.
    • High School diploma or equivalent education achievement.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
    • Prior experience in in a manufacturing environment safely using manufacturing equipment is preferred.
