RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their individual service plans.
Assist in all aspects of a resident's daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
Communicate effectively with branch clinical leadership when a resident's needs change.
Understand and handle the specific needs of residents with dementia.

Qualifications:

An active CNA License in good standing.
High School Diploma or GED.
Willingness to pursue further training or education as required.
CPR and First Aid certifications.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Display sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
