    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Network and Security to oversee and manage our global network infrastructure and security operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network management, security protocols, and vendor management, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining secure and efficient network systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Core Responsibilities:
    • Network Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage the global network infrastructure, including on-premises, Azure, LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Audio-Visual systems.
    • Security Policy Development: Develop and implement network security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the integrity, con?dentiality, and availability of company data and resources.
    • Vendor Management: Lead and manage the Security managed Service vendor and other third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
    • Enterprise Security Strategy: Provide leadership and guidance on enterprise security strategies, including disaster recovery planning and implementation.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network and security-related issues and requirements.
    • Security Assessments and Audits: Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
    • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of network and security professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Customer Engagement: Engage with internal and external customers to understand their network and security requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
    • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring that their network and security requirements are properly addressed and implemented.
    • C-Suite Collaboration: Collaborate with the C-Suite and other senior executives to align network and security strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Technology Innovation: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in network technologies and security best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the company's network infrastructure and security posture.
    • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related ?eld; Master's degree preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in network administration, security management, and vendor management.
    Additional Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and architectures, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, ?rewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
    • Experience managing enterprise-level network infrastructure in a global environment.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing network security policies and procedures.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and senior executives.
    • Relevant certi?cations such as CISSP, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus.
    • Experience with cloud-based network solutions, such as Azure or AWS, is preferred.
