Grow customer sales base in residential and commercial markets
Maintain and expand existing commercial business base
Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved
Coach and develop sales & service team using hands on training methods
Monitor and review performance standards weekly with sales & service teams

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager preferably in the service industry that wants to be a key player on a winning team.
