    Description

    We're in search of a dedicated Public Relations Assistant to join our team and contribute to our communications efforts. As a key member of our PR team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand's image and fostering positive relationships with the public.

    Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project management tasks under the mentorship of our experienced PR professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with the PR team and key stakeholders to align PR campaigns with client promotions and initiatives.
  • Oversee on-site service activities to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer experiences.
  • Cultivate and nurture consumer relationships to effectively promote our brand and services.
  • Implement measurement strategies for PR campaigns, working closely with the PR team to analyze results.
  • Manage PR collateral and contribute to visual merchandising efforts.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and retail event staff to support PR activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of event attendance, production, and inventory to inform future strategies.
  • Drive innovation to enhance operational efficiency and identify new PR opportunities.

    Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, or sales, or relevant internship experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in prioritization and capable of working independently.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong tracking and organizational skills.
