- A bachelor's degree in sales or marketing is preferred
- 7+ years of professional experience in the Property & Casualty or Surplus Line industries
- General knowledge of property casualty insurance
- Specific knowledge of the product line (EB, Cyber, Predict and Prevent capabilities, Energy)
- Ability to assess and understand workflows
- Consultative Selling skills
- Presentation skills
- Extensive Product knowledge of HSB products and ability to identify potential Munich Re cross sell opportunities
- Territory/Client Management skills

Description
This position is responsible for the relationship management for the company and providing large account expertise to meet the company's growth of assigned Client Companies and national brokers/wholesalers. Incumbent will be charged with incorporating and supporting HSB products into client's standard offerings and demonstrating how HSB products offer a valuable protection and creative insurance solutions . Identify growth opportunities in both Cyber and Equipment Breakdown. Extensively understands complex relationships with an emphasis on offering client centric solution of coverages and loss prevention capabilities.
