- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering, with a focus on inventory management and logistics.

Quixote Studios is one of the nation's premier film and television studios and is looking for a Process Engineer to join our Operations team This individual will be responsible to help drive process improvement across different areas in Quixote such as Manufacturing, Production Supplies, Yard Operations, and others. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and innovation across our organization.

Compensation:
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is between $75, $95,000.00 annually.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment. In compliance with the Law, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
