POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Accounts Payable Manager the Accounts Payable Clerk will be assigned to complete or assist in the following responsibilities:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare, review and enter vendor invoices.
2. Prepare, review, edit and enter other store documents.
3. Meet established deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.
4. Review and reconcile vendor statements as supervisor dictates.
5. Switchboard coverage as needed.
6. Complete all special tasks as assigned.
7. Demonstrates great attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
8. Conduct oneself in a mature professional manner in all relationships inside and outside the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience : *Accounting experience is preferred.

Analytical skills
Organized
Likes research and accepts assignments as opportunities to improve on abilities.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Self-disciplined.

WORK RELATIONS:
Internal - Contact with other members in accounting, members at the Distribution Center and store level members.
External - Contact with vendors.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in an on-site business office environment.
This position is Monday - Thursday (6a-4p)
