    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and strategically oriented senior financial analyst to join our finance team.

    The role involves supporting financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership.

    The successful candidate must excel in financial activities such as planning and analysis, reporting, displaying strong analytical and organizational skills for presenting information effectively.

    Additionally, providing financial guidance to project teams and contributing to month-end closing processes are integral responsibilities.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and ensure data accuracy
    Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
    Evaluate and interpret financial data to provide strategic recommendations to senior management
    Prepare insightful reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key financial insights and trends
    Monitor and assess the financial performance of the company against key performance indicators (KPIs)
    Analyze financial and operational metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
    Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
    Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field: Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, MBA, CFA) is a plus
    3+ years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role (healthcare experience preferred)
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Workday, Tableau
    Excellent analytical skills
    Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and spreadsheet applications
    Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial analysis
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs
    Self-starter and curious
    The ability to be flexible in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
    Ability to solve problems, and establish trust
    A low ego and humility; an ability to gain trust through strong communication and doing what you say you will do

    Salary Range: 85,000-92,000
