Senior Business Professional Opportunity at Legal Services

Do you have experience as a senior business professional with a wide range of expertise in the areas of organizational change, communications, mentoring, project management, process development, and governance? If so, this might be the perfect role for you. We are looking for a highly collaborative individual to lead change management strategies and departmental communications for Legal Services.

• Develops Agile and Prosci-based plans for project planning and execution
• Leads process development and gathers requirements
• Coordinates partner engagement activities including communications and training
• Coaches partners on ownership of legal systems and processes
• Provides expert advice in operational lifecycle planning and development
• Utilizes data collection methods to support strategic development opportunities
• Maintains program, project, and initiative work plans

To be considered, you'll need:

• University degree in a relevant discipline
• 6+ years of related broad business experience
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Ability to identify and resolve business issues
• Willingness to embrace change and manage multiple priorities

Preferred qualifications include Project Management Professional designation and Coaching Experience certification.
