    Sante is seeking a Full-Time Family Peer Recovery Specialist to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Salisbury, MD. As a Family Peer Recovery Specialist, you will play an active role in supporting clients and families by using your own individual experience to provide personalized care and guidance.

    Essential Functions:
    • Promote client's health, self-direction, skill development, and ensure client's goals are developed and documented
    • Provide education and resources to clients and their families, including but not limited to, community resources, family peer support services, support groups and networks
    • Serve as an advocate for clients and their families
    • Assist in the development of crisis and other client and family-driven plans
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Certified Family Peer Recovery Specialist through the State of Maryland (CPRS or CPRS-F) OR willingness to be certified within one (1) year of employment (agency will pay)
    • Personal, lived experience supporting a child or loved one in their journey to recovery and stability
    • 2 years of professional experience working with children and families in a community-based program
    • Must possess a valid driver's license with proof of current automobile insurance
    Other Qualifications:
    • Must be able to work with "high-risk" consumers who have mental illnesses as well as developmental and physical disabilities.     Salary Range: Up to $ per hour
