- Develop and oversee patient care plans, monitoring and relaying patient status as needed.
- Act as the central coordinator for seamless patient care across all disciplines.
- Execute physician and nursing directives accurately.
- Evaluate and organize patient discharge needs with the healthcare team.
- Advanced Life Support certification required within 6 months of hiring. American Heart Association or American Red Cross certification accepted.
