    Housekeeping Supervisor:

    Along with the Room Attendants, you have the unique opportunity to make a guest's stay memorable. The Housekeeping Supervisor will inspect the room before the guests arrive to ensure the room is the best it can be. This position will delegate any issues to the appropriate departments and act accordingly to remove the room from inventory. The housekeeping supervisor will also train room attendants to ensure the standards of cleanliness are met. Assign tasks, planning, providing all necessary training and handling customer requests.

    Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests and responding to queries.
  • Maintaining inventory
  • Assign housekeeping tasks.
  • Provide necessary training.
  • Schedule appropriately with Housekeeping Manager.
  • Control and ship lost and found items in a timely manner.
  • Time management skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
  • Updating status of guest rooms to appropriate departments.
    Job Requirements:
