Job Summary:
Betten Baker Allegan is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. This is a full-time position in the auto industry, located in Allegan, Michigan.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.

This is an individual contributor role, where you will have the opportunity to utilize your sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets while earning a competitive base salary and commission.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers, identifying their needs and offering solutions to meet those needs
Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to potential customers
Utilize various sales techniques to negotiate and finalize sales transactions
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service
Stay uptodate on product knowledge, current promotions, and dealership policies
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership
Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient sales process
Attend regular training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
Minimum of 12 years of sales experience, preferably in the auto industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in basic computer skills
Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
