As the Directorof Sales and Marketing, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:

• Maintaining the budgeted census levels atyour community through a coordination of external and internal marketingefforts
• Guaranteeing that residents and theirfamilies experience a high level of customer service through an effectiveadmissions process
• Developing and maintaining relationships toadvise them of programs and services the community can provide
• Maintaining a working knowledge of Federaland State regulations

Theideal candidate will possess the following:

• Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Knowledgeof reimbursement programs and managed care referral processes
• Educationor previous experience in the healthcare field
• Ableto communicate effectively
