- Lead the development and implementation of advanced financial solutions focusing on Forex Payments.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose adaptations that can benefit our projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Facilitate the integration of new technologies into existing systems to improve functionality and user experience.
- Address and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio in React and Azure.
- In-depth knowledge of Forex Payments domain is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a focus on collaborative problem solving.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of technology.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members effectively.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of cloud security best practices is a plus.

The Role:
