    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are looking for an experienced, resourceful, and passionate Director, Human Resources to serve as a leader within the People & Culture Team.

    This role as the Director, Human Resources will hold a unique role in creating balance between the needs of Sourcepass and the needs of our teams.

    Applying empathy, good judgement, high caliber communication skills, and adaptability will be critical in this position.

    Additional responsibilities may involve participation in cultural initiatives, meetings with the Legal and M&A Teams, and any other relevant projects that fall in line with the key initiatives of the People & Culture Team.

    Reporting to the Senior Vice President, People & Culture, the Director, Human Resources will assist in overseeing the planning, development, and management of all aspects related to People & Culture for the organization, ensuring Sourcepass's workforce is aligned with overall company goals.

    The salary for this position is $125,000.
    This position requires you to be onsite at our Denver, CO office 2-3x/week.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Serve as a strategic advisor to the Senior VP, People & Culture
    Manage and oversee a team of direct reports within the Human Resources Department
    Manage and execute Workday audits to ensure accurate reporting of people data
    Support Talent Acquisition Specialist through continued talent resourcing education, sourcing best practices, and workforce prioritization
    Build creative hiring solutions and programs to improve the candidate flow
    Support, guide and advise the Human Resources Generalist to empower growth and development within Sourcepass and the HR field
    Stay informed and provide direction on all employment law changes across the U.S. and Philippines
    Assist the Director, Learning and Development in the coordination of professional development initiatives in support of the organizational demands
    Ensure ongoing communication with the Culture & Communications Coordinator to for organizational and departmental updates
    Provide direction and assistance for all personnel, performance management, and confidential related matters
    Share relevant documents, process manuals, and employee management forms to managers and supervisors upon request and need
    Maintain all employee records with precision, timeliness, and a high-caliber attention to detail
    Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned

    DESIRED
    SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE
    5-10 years of experience serving in progressive Human Resources positions
    Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Public Policy or related field
    Experience using Workday strongly preferred
    Proficiency and in-depth experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google platforms (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Forms, etc)
    Demonstrates ability to work under pressure and deadlines
    General knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with peers and employees; and make recommendations effectively in oral and written form
    Confidence and experience with public speaking
    Project and team management skills and experience
    Effective planning and priority setting
    Excellent communication, organization skills, and an extreme attention to detail
