    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Service Manager role involves overseeing the restaurant's daily operations. This position requires ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient daily business management.

    ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Inspire, develop, and manage an energetic team with a guest-centric approach and a culture of respect
    • Lead by example with strong leadership qualities
    • Oversee service quality on the floor, maintaining high levels of organization and hospitality
    • Train and guide the team to deliver top-notch guest service
    • Uphold service integrity, gather feedback, and enhance guest experience proactively
    • Knowledge in wine service and beverages is beneficial
    • Demonstrate company values and culture, ensuring positive public and employee relations
    • Adhere to best practices and compliance with regulations
    • Assist with staff documentation and troubleshooting processes
    • Collaborate with the General Manager on assigned tasks

    KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salido, Resy, and multi-line phone systems
    • Passion for sustainable, locally sourced food and wine
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Prior experience in various restaurant roles preferred
    • High standards of cleanliness and professionalism
    • Flexible schedule availability
    • Professional demeanor and exceeding guest expectations

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to consistently and safely perform job functions, meeting standards
    • Regular punctual attendance
    • Capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
    • Moving within the work area, climbing steps, and working on a computer
    • Prolonged sitting at a desk
    COMPENSATION


    The base pay range for this position is $65,000 annually. Compensation is based on factors such as employment history, qualifications, and skills.
