    Role Overview:

    Our new shop, a hub for community and conversation, is seeking an engaging Barista to join our team. We are dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming space where every cup of coffee and interaction adds to a memorable experience.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Beverage Mastery and Innovation: Prepare and serve a wide array of hot and cold beverages with precision and creativity. Whether it's a classic espresso, a uniquely blended drink, or a soothing tea, make each order a masterpiece.
    • Engagement and Education: Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products with customers. Describe the nuances of each beverage, offering recommendations and personalizing experiences to ensure satisfaction.
    • Efficient and Friendly Service: Handle customer payments with accuracy and a smile. Provide swift, attentive service, ensuring every patron feels valued and welcome.
    • Quality and Cleanliness Ambassador: Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards in all areas, from equipment and utensils to the service and seating areas. A clean and orderly environment is essential for customer comfort and safety.
    • Inventory and Supply Stewardship: Keep service stations fully stocked and manage supplies or retail products diligently. Play an active role in inventory control, ordering, and receiving products as needed.
    • Team Support and Flexibility: Be ready to lend a hand wherever it's needed, whether it's serving food, assisting with cleaning, or helping a team member. Your adaptability strengthens our collective effort to create a fantastic customer experience.
